including hosting, server and networking hardware, 3rd-party software licenses, KadroWorks
and Kadro Data Assistant licenses, system maintenance, and on-call application support. The
advantage of Kadro Solutions' Managed Hosting and Support include the following:

Kadro Solutions offers our Managed Hosting and Support on a monthly subscription basis. The costs
of the service is typically broken down into the following areas depending upon your needs:
- Activation Fee: A one-time charge for the period of the managed service contract to cover
the cost of specific platform software, secure server certificates, etc.
- Setup Fee: A one-time charge that will vary depending upon your business needs, system integration
requirements, data conversions, and customization requests.
- Monthly Service Fee: A monthly charge which covers use of the hosting and hardware infrastructure,
3rd-party software, operating system support, backups and offsite backup storage, etc.
- Monthly 1st Tier or 2nd Tier Application Support Fee: Depending upon your requirements, Kadro
Solutions can provide support staff on-call to answer questions and issues about using the
application directly from end-users or as a 2nd-Tier support level.
